located in the grounds of
Passford
Farm which is an absolutely
beautiful picture postcard 13th century
Grade II Listed thatched farmhouse set in 4 glorious acres, with
beautiful gardens and hanging baskets.
The Barn is situated on the edge of the market town of Lymington with it's three marinas and extensive sailing scene and only 5 minutes away from the I.O.W ferry.
With easy access to the New Forest which is only ten minutes away. It is an ideal base for the exploration of the beautiful Hampshire countryside and The Solent.
The Barn has been converted in such a way as to ensure your stay is as comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable as possible with excellent facilities and plenty of space, all without altering the character and feel of the original building.
Exposed beams and existing walls have been kept with the addition of hardwood flooring and stripped pine doors, built in cupboards, and en suite shower rooms and toilets.
There is central heating throughout, colour TV, Tea and coffee making facilities in the double rooms also free Wi-Fi is provided
A portion of the garden has also been set aside for your private use.
The Barn sleeps up to 10 comfortably with 3 double beds 2 single beds and a double sofa bed.
Parties of Four people or less get use of the ground floor only, with the first floor bedrooms becoming available depending on party size or your individual requirements.

The farmhouse has 3 letting rooms, 2 double and 1 family room.
